Terms of Service

1. Introduction to the Contract

This Contract explains the agreement between you (the customer) and The Crows Ltd, trading as HotdogSIM.co.uk (referred to as “HotdogSIM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), registered in England & Wales under company number 16789304, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

By activating or using a HotdogSIM SIM card, you accept all terms outlined here. HotdogSIM provides mobile connectivity through a third-party wholesale network provider. Your contract is strictly with The Crows Ltd, not with the underlying network operator.

2. Pre-Orders

2.1. Nature of Pre-Order

When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing access to a future service that has not yet launched.

2.2. Estimated Delivery and Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeline, you may request a full refund.

2.3. Pre-Order Cancellation

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the SIM is shipped or the Service is activated.

3. Lifetime Data Plan

3.1. Plan Purchase and Fee

Our “Lifetime Data Plan” also known as "Data-4-Life" provides ongoing mobile data access for a one-time fee of £432.

3.2. Definition of “Lifetime”

For regulatory clarity, “Lifetime” is defined as the operational lifetime of the Service, capped at 10 years from the date of activation.

3.3. Plan Inclusions

The Lifetime Data Plan includes Access to mobile data on our partner networks, Fair Usage Policy as described in Section 7, and SIM replacement if damaged or lost.

4. Cooling-Off Period

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date you place your order. You are eligible for a full refund within this period only if the Service has not been activated.

5. Activation & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By activating your SIM or using any portion of the Service, you expressly agree that the Service begins immediately, and you waive your statutory right to a cooling-off period after activation.

6. General Refund Policy

A full refund is available if the SIM has not been activated and you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are available after activation or service use.

7. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To maintain network quality, we apply a reasonable Fair Usage Policy. For unlimited plans, EU data roaming has capped amounts.

8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our services are for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell them or share them for profit.

9. Service Availability & SIM Card

Coverage and speeds may vary. The SIM remains the property of The Crows Ltd at all times. Lost or damaged SIMs can be replaced for a fee.

10. Service Requirements & Use

Only devices that meet our network’s technical requirements should be used with your SIM card. You must follow all relevant laws.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend your service if you fail to pay or breach these terms. We may end the agreement immediately for serious breaches or fraud.

12. Limitation of Liability and Changes

Our total liability to you for any one claim is limited to £3,000. We may update terms with 30 days’ notice for significant changes.
